Three roles, not one partner stack
MIC Investing is operated by Diversifi Alternative Investments Ltd., a registered Exempt Market Dealer in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario. Diversifi is the licensing house that enables regulated distribution, similar in spirit to how a mortgage broker works through a brokerage. It is not a MIC product stacked beside AP Capital or Terrapin.
AP Capital MIC and Terrapin MIC are strategic alliances. Those MICs do not sell direct to the public through this funnel. Licensed dealing representatives at Diversifi, including Harris Abro and Peter Kinch, are the people investors speak with.
